Kindermusik Our Time Ages 18-36 months

Kindermusik Our Time focuses on your child's natural emotional development and recognizes her need for both the freedom to try and the assurance of your support. Drawn from the latest child development research to produce a wonderful program that provides an excellent learning environment and an atmosphere of pure fun.

What We Do In Class

	Exploration time encourages her discovery of instruments, textures, and sounds.
	Language skills are fostered with singing, sound imitation and vocal play.
	Creative dancing to different musical "moods" affirms her urge to move.
	The anticipation and rewards of listening are introduced, and with turn-taking activities, social skills blossom.

Kindermusik Educators Carry Madison and Robin Keehn have more than 24 years combined experience teaching Kindermusik Our Time and thoroughly enjoy the magic of this age group.

In Our Time you will learn some of the reasons for what we do in class.  For example, did you know that crawling should be encouraged even after your child knows how to walk?  Crawling activates and develops the vestibular system that tells us where are bodies are in space.  It also develops both sides of the brain and helps them to communicate effectively with each other.  Other activities that develop the vestibular system are rocking and swinging.

Kindermusik Our Time promotes bonding between parent/caregiver and child and the home materials allow you to continue the fun at home.  Home materials include two CDs, an Activity Book, two books that we also read in class, an instrument appropriate for 18-36 month old children, and a carrying case.  Register today by calling 681-3979.
