ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
At Aspire we have Certified Zumba instructors who offer Zumba and ZUMBATOMIC for KIDS and Zumba Glutes and Core.
We also have Professional Sprung Dance Floors (the only ones in town!). These floors are preferred by professional dancers because they absorb the shock of your movements. They help to protect your hips, knees, ankles and back.
What to Wear to Class
Please wear shoes dedicated to use in the studio--not your regular shoes. We will be stocking Sansha dance shoes especially for Zumba students. These shoes have excellent arch support and have minimal tread so that your feet can slide and rotate. Wear a comfortable pair of pants or shorts and layer a tank top with a T-shirt. You will sweat ! Bring a bottle of water, too.
We have a convenient PUNCH CARD system for Zumba and all of our class offerings so that you can have more flexibility and choose classes that fit your schedule and your life.

10 punch card is $85
5 punch is $50
Pick the classes that you want to attend & just show up! No enrollment in a particular time or day is required.
