Acrobatics & Recreational Gymnastics

Finally Sequim has a great gymnastics program!  Gymnastics Coach Alicia Laxson is offering a dynamic and energetic mix of gymnastic skills and acrobatics for students from first grade through high school!   Aspire Acrobatics is comprised of gymnastics skills designed to generate speed, power, strength and efficiency in movement.  The acrobatic skills will develop balance, concentration, perserverance and a well rounded and self-motivated athlete.  Take a look at Acrobatic Gymnastics by "googling" it.  The Youtube entry is awesome to watch!

Here is our team in their first performance at the Spring 2009 Recital.  We think they are terrific!

These classes are entry level classes for new and experienced students.  Initially students are placed by age level but they will be evaluated by the coach and placed by skill level.

Advanced Team (by Tryout only) Wednesday & Friday 3:30-5:00.  $157.25 monthly

Tuition for all classes except Advanced Team is $62.00 per month.  A yearly registration fee of $25 is required. 

Pre Team (by Tryout only)  Wednesday 5-6:30 or   REGISTER  if you are already on the pre-team. 

BEGINNING ACROBATICS  Ages 6-12

Fridays from 5:00-6:00   $62 per month  REGISTER

TUMBLING FOR AGES 2-6

Experience the thrill of gymnastics, the joy of movement and the fun of fitness.  Improve strength, agility, flexibility and coordination using basic skills including rolling, hanging, swinging, balancing, jumping and landing.  Your student learns while he/she plays in a success oriented, educational and fun format.  This program helps with Kindergarten readiness in an environment where safety always comes first.    Class sizes are limited to 6 students in the 4 & 5 Classes and to 8 students in the parent & tot class.
