Since 2007 over 1100 students have taken music lessons or dance classes at our convenient location between Sequim and Port Angeles.  We started as a very small school in 1995 teaching Kindermusik and Simply Music piano lessons but have grown to become the largest music and dance school on the Olympic Peninsula.

As a parent we realize you have a choice between a few different music schools and dance schools. All studios are not the same. We constantly improve our facilities and provide ongoing training to our staff to ensure we are always providing our students and parents with the best experience possible.

Today, as in 1995, there are a few different studios to choose from. We invite you to compare all of the features and options to see why our studio has been chosen more than any other music or dance school.

We are also the Peninsula's ZUMBA headquarters and offer Zumba classes 6 days.

Winter Classes Begin January 4

Robin Keehn and Carry Madison are the directors of Aspire Academy. They'll use this blog to let you know what's going on at the studio, what programs are coming up, and other items of special interest. They're also interested in hearing from you about your experiences at Aspire Academy, whether you just want to sing the praises of your teacher, want to request a particular class, or have some problem that needs solving. Simply Music Free Introductory Sessions

We have a series of Simply Music (piano & keyboard method) Free Introductory Sessions coming up in the next two weeks.  The sessions are: Monday, January 18 at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 26 at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, February 13 at 10:30,  Wednesday, February 17 at 6:30 p.m.and Monday, February 22 at 6:30 p.m.

New Classes Coming in January

We have new classes coming in January, especially for the younger crowd.  First, Carry will be offering a brand new Intro to Orff Instruments & Singing class on Thursdays from 2:30-3:15 for children ages 4 and 5.  Naomi will be offering a Tap & Jazz class on Thursdays from 2:30-3:15 for ages 4 and 5 and Jennifer will be offering a Creative Movement Class for children ages 2 and 3 on Wednesdays from 9:00-9:30.  You can look at class descriptions and even register online.  Look for the listings on the left sidebar (by age for the dance classes & under Music for

Aspire Academy Performing Arts Group---NON PROFIT is HERE!

We are pleased to announce that we now have a non-profit dance & music performing company called Aspire Academy Performing Arts Group (AAPAG) .  This non-profit will accept tax deductible donations that will provide scholarships to students who attend Aspire Academy of Expressive Arts.  AAPAG will also house the music, dance and acrobatic gymnastics performance teams.  These teams will have the opportunity to perform locally and regionally and attend conferences and competitions.   We have students every month asking for scholarships and currently have given ove

Adult Ballet from 10-11 a.m. on Fridays! Starts November 5

Due to many requests we now have a beginning adult ballet class that meets during school hours.  This class will focus on technique, body placement, strength and flexibility working at the barre and center.  Students will also learn ballet terminology.  Older teens and adults are welcome to register for the class now.  Just click on "Ballet" on the left sidebar and scroll down to the class.

Zumba Punchcard Price Drop October 26

Zumba has really caught on here on the Peninsula.  We first introduced it to Sequim and Port Angeles in March 2008 and have enjoyed watching people "join the party."  To celebrate our 2nd Anniversary we are lowering our prices on Punchcards and Monthly Passes as of October 26.   Our monthly pass (good for one calendar month) will be only $100, the 10 punch card will be $75 and the 5 punch will be $40.  You can look at our schedule on the left side bar.  Remember, your first class is free!
